In the first quarter of 2026, Trakhees, which operates as part of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC), recorded a compliance rate of 94.11% following comprehensive inspection campaigns in personal care establishments in Dubai.
Trakhees inspected a total of 356 establishments, including beauty centres and men’s and women’s salons in Dubai. The results are indicative of the efforts by Dubai to maintain high standards in health, safety and hygiene standards in regulated business sectors.

According to reports from Trakhees, the inspection campaign aimed to ensure that all businesses in personal care sector meet the health requirements as approved through various regulations and standards. Areas such as general hygiene, sterilization, proper equipment and product handling, as well as business activity regulation were evaluated.
The inspection campaign aligns with the strategic goals of the Department of Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability Management, which falls under the Health and Safety Inspection Section of Trakhees.
