Continuing to boost its position as a pioneer in Dubai’s commercial real estate industry, DMCC has received the highly prized Commercial Developer of the Year award. The award was given at the Gulf Business Real Estate Summit & Awards 2026.

After successfully completing the 340-metre Uptown Tower, DMCC revealed the next stage of development with One Uptown Place and Two Uptown Place. Combined, the projects are expected to deliver around 560,000 square feet of Grade A office space.
The expansion brings total announced commercial office space in Uptown Dubai to more than 1 million square feet. This further establishes the district as one of the Middle East’s fastest-growing business hubs.
New 600-Metre Tower to Boost Premium Office Space
DMCC has also announced plans for a new 600-metre tower within Uptown Dubai. Around half of the tower will be allocated to high-end commercial office space. This will add significantly to the area’s supply of Grade A offices.
The development is part of DMCC’s long-term vision to boost future business growth and investment in Dubai. It also aims to meet the increasing demand for premium office space.
