Ajman Chamber Takes Local Food Brands to WorldFood Moscow 2026

Ajman is putting more of its locally made products in front of international buyers.

The Ajman Chamber participated in WorldFood Moscow 2026, giving manufacturers from the emirate a chance to showcase their products, meet potential partners and explore new export opportunities.

The event ran from September 15 to 18 in Moscow and brought together food companies, buyers and industry representatives from different markets.

Ajman Food Companies Join the Moscow Exhibition

Several Ajman-based food companies took part in the exhibition under the Chamber’s delegation. These included Perfect Foodstuff Factory, Al Rawda Foodstuff Factory, Bon Crêpe Chocolate Factory, The Love of Dates Factory, Al Madina Foodstuff Factory, Hot and Fresh Foodstuff Factory and Big Mart Hypermarket.

Their participation gave visitors a closer look at the range of food products being manufactured in Ajman. It also gave the companies direct exposure to international buyers and distributors who may not otherwise encounter their brands in the UAE market.

Ajman Chamber Pushes for New Export Opportunities

Ajman Chamber used the exhibition to explore more than product promotion. Representatives held meetings with participating organisations and international delegations to discuss market access, commercial cooperation and potential partnerships.

Jamila Al Nuaimi, Director of the Member Relations and Support Department at Ajman Chamber, said the delegation focused on helping local companies explore opportunities in foreign markets. The Chamber also highlighted Ajman’s investment environment and the support available to businesses operating in the emirate.

International Exhibitions Are Becoming More Important for Ajman Businesses

WorldFood Moscow forms part of a wider effort by Ajman Chamber to connect local manufacturers with overseas markets.

Earlier in 2026, the Chamber also supported several Ajman industrial companies at Gulfood 2026 in Dubai. That participation was aimed at helping manufacturers meet buyers, attract investors and build relationships with distributors from outside the UAE.

The strategy is fairly simple. Local manufacturers can produce strong products, but getting those products into new markets often depends on having direct access to the right commercial contacts.

Ajman’s Industrial Sector Continues to Expand

Ajman Chamber has also reported continued growth in the emirate’s industrial base.

Around 824 industrial establishments were registered with the Chamber during the second half of 2025, representing growth of about 10% compared with the same period in 2024.

That growth gives international trade missions more weight. As the number of manufacturers expands, Ajman has more products and companies that can potentially compete beyond the domestic market.

Business Meetings Take Centre Stage in Moscow

The Chamber’s participation in WorldFood Moscow included more than product displays. Representatives also held dozens of meetings with organisations and delegations attending the exhibition.

Those discussions covered opportunities to promote Ajman-made products, explore new markets and strengthen commercial links. The Chamber also used the meetings to present the advantages of doing business in Ajman.

For participating companies, those conversations could prove more important than the exhibition floor itself. Export deals often begin through direct introductions, distributor meetings and follow-up discussions after the event.

UAE Ambassador Meets the Ajman Delegation

The Ajman delegation also met Mohammed Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Ambassador to the Russian Federation, during the Moscow visit.

The meeting provided another opportunity to discuss the Chamber’s efforts to support local manufacturers and increase the international presence of Ajman-made products.

It also reinforced the wider trade message behind the visit. Ajman is not only trying to sell individual products abroad. The emirate is also presenting itself as a growing manufacturing and business destination.

What WorldFood Moscow Means for Ajman’s Business Economy

Ajman’s presence at WorldFood Moscow shows how the emirate is using international exhibitions to create practical business opportunities for local companies.

For manufacturers, the immediate goal is to meet buyers, test demand and secure distribution channels in new markets. For Ajman itself, the benefit is broader. Every international appearance helps promote the emirate’s industrial capabilities and its position as a place to manufacture, trade and invest.

The real impact will become clearer after the exhibition. The key question is whether the meetings held in Moscow lead to new contracts, export agreements and long-term partnerships for Ajman businesses.
