ADGM FSRA HCMC MoU

ADGM FSRA and HCMC Sign MoU to Enhance Cross-Border Financial Regulation The Abu Dhabi Global Market’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) to enhance cross-border cooperation and enable better financial supervision between both jurisdictions.

The agreement provides a practical framework for cooperation on capital markets regulation, information sharing and mutual assistance. The aim is to foster closer coordination between ADGM and Greece’s capital markets regulator to help both sides respond more effectively to developments in international financial markets.

Through the ADGM FSRA HCMC MoU, both regulators aim to enhance investor protection, combat financial crime and maintain market integrity. The partnership also reinforces the importance of transparent, resilient and well-regulated capital markets in an increasingly interconnected global financial system.

The signing of the MoU is a further demonstration of ADGM’s ongoing commitment to develop trusted international partnerships with leading regulatory authorities to enhance cooperation with HCMC and support the development of robust financial market standards and responsible cross-border investment activity.

The latest agreement further cements ADGM’s position as a leading international financial centre and its commitment to regulatory excellence, transparency and global co-operation.
